- Sasuke losing an arm (of course, he could get a new one from Tsunade any time he wants)

- Sasuke losing Curse Mark

- Orochimaru's summoning animal's, Manda, death (stupid, I know. Just added for variety)

MS is kind of a perma nerf in and of itself, as it causes severe pain and slow blindness from the second it's awakened.

Of course, EMS solves this problem, so it's not 100% permanent.

-Tobious showcasing mokuton/katon more often and using kamui vortex mid range.
