Totsuka isn't a jutsu and it isn't overrated. Neither are kamui and FTG. Only the byakugou and chakra enhanced strength are overrated

Totsuka is b/c people think its un avoidable, its just a damn sword thats larger than others.
Yata is b/c people assume Itachi can use it forever.
Kamui is b/c people forget the weaknesses to Kamui that have been shown.
FTG is debatable but as long as someone knows where the kunais are they have an advantage

Itachi's Susano'o really has insane weapons, and we have not seen any real weakness besides chakra exhaustion...
although I could think of a few, like chakra absorbing attacks...

anyway Kamui is really that powerful, Double Kamui makes you almost untouchable...
any ninja would lose to Kamui expect FTG users...

I see that it's been said numerous times already but the Totsuka Blade & Yata Mirror are not jutsu...and no Itachi fan can turn a weapon into a jutsu

maybe the FTG tech because only Minato seems to have used the jutsu to its full potential that nearly made him unbeatable during his era when combined with his extremely high IQ & analytical skills

apart from the how Minato utilized the FTG tech, it's not as great on its own

She had years of prep, literally years. Change the location, she gets shitted on

Obito let kakashi do so, #MANGAFACT

Yes it has a weakness, but how many have the tactics to win against it? In a 1v1 specifically.
