Kamui. has to be the most troll jutsu of all time. No matter what, even if the user is losing he can just teleport to his own dimension and take a nap.

i do not agree with either izanagi or izanami being on this list because they are both one shot usage.

izanagi and izanami is useless jutsu as it take eye's light
kamui is the most powerful jutsu(kakashi's long range-intangible-teleporting-short warping)
obito with the both eye is strongest one so the kamui is #1
kotoamatakiu need connected eyes and can't be used unless 1 time every 10 years or every day with sinju DNA even that long range kamui >KA
kamui has attack no one can counter it,and no attack can affect its defenses(intangible,teleporting)

Izanagi/nami arent "not fair" because they come with a huge cost and does not guarantee victory (plus 'nami has a waiting period to even use). They are far from top ten in deadly jutsu's.
