It's hard to judge this though. In no specific order, I would say Negative Knight, Ryuu.., Owarij, Blaze Release, Tobispawn, Rikerslade, EliteKakashi, and tons of others that I can't think of. Honestly, there are too many to make a fair list, let alone order them..

Edit: Some more great ones are Anub and Tazzilla88. I'll add more if I remember.

The best ones are IMO (from memory and not in order): Strict, -Vegeta-, Owarij, Blaze Release, FloriGlori, EliteKakashi, Drakengard, iSpeak, Exaar, Siyo, Rul, Tobispawn, Amplitude, Itachi Namikaze, FizzyDrink, Reborn, Baka Senin.
