because itachi has yata and totsuka as always said

but he wasnt the creator of the iwr and oro could use it to and his strongest edo is madara and his on the list

it doesnt matter whetter he is the creator or not but he has an edo army ready including madara+hashirama+rinnegan so madara is a part of his technique or more precisely his power

but anyway you are the creator of this thread, then so be it
