I deleted my old post because I figured that it was inadequate.

Alright so I'll just talk a bit about the MC for a second. Considering if Boruto in the MC. Yes yes he has the title-name, but we aren't sure who the main characters of the series are. I'm just going by Kishimoto's word, he said that the new series would be shared evenly with every single character. If that remains true, then Boruto won't be the only 'MC' but he'll have the title-name, as they usually need a popular character to do that.

Anyway Boruto had a very weak, but strong start when it comes to character/power. I guess you could say both. I'm not trying to constitute the Manga on my own belief, I'm just going off mere assumption. Boruto compared to Naruto early on is a joke. Because it mainly has to do with power, but when it comes to skill, it's the other way around. He's already more versatile than his father, and learned techniques that took his father arc(s) to complete. That ranges around shadow clones, the Rasengan, Rasengan Variants, and the Fuuton Nature.

Honestly I don't think when it comes to the next Generation, there shouldn't be much of a gap compared to Boruto and his peers, at least considerably. Just because Boruto is a Prodigy, doesn't mean a 'Rock Lee' won't show up and give it to him good for more development. I'm just saying that it would be odd at this time because his character already went through a rough patch, and it had to do with laziness and not training. Logically what would follow is a display of his skills honed due to training after the Movie, if he did.

If I follow the logic of the Manga, Sarada will be just as strong, if not stronger than Boruto because she's an Uchiha. Despite not having the same amount of talent as Boruto (which isn't a problem), she carries the KKG Sharingan, so her power upgrades on 'KKG' alone (1T > 3T, and MS Sharingan) have the most prowess. She hasn't shown much either too.

I would argue that Mitsuki is the missing link. We know absolutely nothing about his abilities, and nothing about him. However if he's supposed to be connected to Orochimaru, then he's going to be powerful.

Honestly I don't see girls being much inferior to guys in this new upcoming Manga. I think it would range in that order, somewhat. If we go by the Manga it would be

Bolt > Salad > Mitsu > Shinki > Metal Lee > Shikidai/Chou-Chou > Chou-Chou/Shikidai > Inojin

when it comes to the K13
