What he meant actually was Rikudou power that Hagoromo had also

Rikudou Hagoromo power is Rinnegan(double), Flight ability, TSB ball, and other Rikudou power

Rikudou Kaguya power is Rinn Sharingan.

Hagoromo not talking about chakra reserve there but Rikudou power and its level.

Madara is closer to Hago power and when he got his left Rinnegan, he is on the level of Hagoromo and if he got Rinn Sharingan he is on Kaguya level.

But even if Madara is on Kaguya level when he awaken the Rinn Sharingan, Kaguya's chakra level is above third eye Madara. But Madara has Rinn Sharingan.

Thats tells you what Hagoromo meant about power is abilities and not chakra reserve.

At the time Hagoromo talking and informing Naruto and Sasuke, Madara is not complete yet as he doesnt have his left rinnegan.

"Power" said by Hagoromo is actually an abilities. Madara when he got back his second Rinnegan is equal to Hagoromo in abilities and when he obtained Rinn Sharingan is on the level of Kaguya regarding his abilities(Mugen Tsukuyomi). But trully is Kaguya is on another level compared to Madara and even Hagoromo.

Her other power(Amenominaka, Yomotsu Hirasaka, Tomogarashi Hokoitsu(Ash Bone) etc) were Kaguya exclusive abilities/powers.

"Power" here is not about Chakra reserve but Abilities.

And to the topic of this thread, you must know the quantity/size of Hagoromo chakra reserve and the quantity/size of Hagoromo chakra inside Sasuke's body. You cant said 50% of Juubi chakra without knowing Hagoromo chakra size and uncomplete Juubi chakra size(lack of yin Kurama).

You must know the size of Hashirama chakra reserve also.

But Hashirama has shown many jutsus that constantly need massive chakra to perform wheres Sasuke only show his PS and CT that smaller than JJ Madara CT and also smaller than Shinsuusenju whole body.

Shinsusennju hand is slightly bigger than Full Kurama body and Yang Kurama is smaller than Full Kurama and Sasuke CT that trapped Yang Kurama is still 60-70% the size of Full Kurama body.

Thats mean 1000 hands of buddha can grab all 9 CT without much problem.

You should give the exact amount and not manga statement.

Manga doesnt give you direct answer majority of the time, You need to understand the context of statement. Many people in here just take any statement at face value without much thinking. Power can be abilities or body energy or both.

But still Hagoromo talked about capabilities and not about JJ Madara chakra level. With 10 tails power, Madara capabilities is closer to me because Juubi has boost Madara chakra, techniques, body, speed, etc that closer to what Hagoromo has achieved before. But Hago power is still above Madara because Hagoromo can create Bijuu, Shaped the world, S/T travel etc.

But I dont think Non JJ Hagoromo chakra is on par or above Juubi chakra. Juubi is create by Kaguya(the chakra owner) and Shinju(the creator or Chskra fruit)
