Best MS is Sasuke. He has Inferno style

MS Obito sh1ts on that fodder. Make it EMS for SAsuke and oBito would still win .

Tsukuyomi is noted to be powerful because it can manipulate time. That does not make Itachi skilled. Sasuke used the basic 3T Shairangan and MS against his opponent in a skillful way. That is what this is about.

It does make Itachi far more skilled as not only does he have to take a duration of time into account, but also mimicking certain senses/scenes for the entirety of that time. How the genjutsu works is all up to him, as he himself mentioned. It can be crap or amazing.

1. Godtachi is the best MS user in this anime hands down. His manipulation lvl speed ninjutsu/genjutsu with that dojutsu is second to none. (Shisui's MS isn't "canon" with his abilities)

2 Madara! He had MS in war times an manage to fight against a clan superior or even to his own for a long time before going blind.

3. Sasuke! He went blind quick but he was a formidable MS user with his CM.

4. Obito or Tobidara! He was beast even though the only tech he used was Kamui.. he used it magnificently in combat.

5. Hatake Kakashi! Pretty much used MS since the battle with Deidara all the way to war arc with little fatigue (With healing) though he's not an Uchiha.

I put Hatake over Shisue because there really isn't any "canon" material for his MS feats.

eriously we don't know anything about madara.... and just becuz he was strong and won doesn't mean he was an skillful user. All we saw was just him using susano or rinnegan.
