Who do you guys believe are the most underrated characters in all of Naruto?
P.S. this underrated list doesn't refer to the people on the forums specifically, it refers to Naruto viewers in general.
Honorable mentions:
Suigetsu - Liquification is pretty OP if you don't have lightning style.
Danzo(?) - People think MS Sasuke > Danzo. Danzo saved KA for Tobi.
5. Kabuto (pre-Orochimaru absorption)
Jutsu/Feats: Jiraiya said he was comparable to part 1 Kakashi, who was a top jonin even back in part 1. He can cripple a person by touching them. Strongest person on Orochimaru's side (Hebi Sasuke vs Kabuto could be argued).
Reason why he is underrated: People claim part 1 Naruto beat him. Which isn't true at all. Tell me who seems to have won this fight between
4. Yamato
Jutsu/Feats: Being only one of 4 people (Madara, Hashirama, Zetsu, and himself) that can use wood style (not as large scale as Madara, Hashi, or Spiral Zetsu though). Worked along side Kakashi as an Anbu black op.
Reason why he is underrated: People claim Yamato is essentially a punching bag. His only significance is being the only one able to suppress the 9 tails completely in the whole village. After all even Kishimoto seems to agree. He dropped Yamato from the story once Naruto gained mastery (not 100% but to a degree) over the 9 tails. Yamato has some feats with his wood style I mean, look who he stopped
3. Kimimaro
Jutsu/Feats: Only known person with a kekkei genkai that can control calcium. His bones are harder than steel, and even the samurai's chakra infused blades could not damage his bones. He even broke Gaara's defense with brute force!
Reason why he is underrated: He lost to a 12 year old (Part 1 Gaara). Even though he had an illness (I do not believe this downgraded him that much, only in stamina) he was on the verge of killing Gaara. Not only after fighting 50-100 chakra cloaked 9 tailed Narutos, and Rock Lee briefly. Not to mention Gaara has an advantage over him fighting long ranged.
2. Hiruzen
Jutsu/feats(hype): Iruka claimed in part 1 that he was god of Shinobi and the strongest of the 4 hokages. Part 1 Kabuto claimed he was viewed as the strongest of the 5 kages at the time (this includes Oonoki, although I think they referred to prime Hiruzen).
Reason why he is underrated: People claim the 2nd and 4th would trash him even in his prime. Hiruzen recently proved his strength with
1. Kidomaru
Jutsu/feats: His web was so OP that even Susano's blade couldn't cut it. The only two known counters to his web are 64 palms (Hyuuga tech), and Amaterasu (Uchiha, MS tech). Both of which are bloodlines. Did anyone forget in Part 1 when Orochimaru was escaping after getting his hands sealed Kidomaru stopped 5 Anbu black ops (one of them being an Anbu leader)? He was the smartest member of the sound 4.
Reason why he is underrated: A lot of people never mention this guy at all, not even how OP his web is. Even after Sage Mode Kabuto brought it back, no one mentioned how OP the web is.

Which people acknowledge, but forget that this is Hashirama's best wood style. I know it did not use 1000 hands against Hiruzen, but being able to use and stop 5 elements w/o dojutsu or hearts + being the only one keeping the alliance alive (the kages couldn't do jack, given they were weakened after fighting Madara).1.
