Top 5 Most Skilled Ninja

People need to realize the difference between Overpowered, and Skill. Madara, Hashirama, Nagato, Sasuke, Naruto those guys in my honest opinion are overpowered, and do not present "skill" (Hebi Sasuke would be counted as skilled however).

Top 5 Skilled:

1. Kakashi
2. Orochimaru
3. Kabuto
4. Kakuzu
5. Sasori/Gaara/Itachi

It's in my opinion hard to make a Top 5, so this is the best I could achieve with so much limitation.

Yet there's even more limitation, no jutsus

Kakashi's in no way more overall skilled than Itachi.

The only thing Kakashi has on Itachi is having shown more ninjutsu and having an extra element, neither pertain to skill.

Itachi, in contrast, has faster ninjutsu-molding speed, genjutsu-ability, weapon-ability, etc.

There was no specific order. It was just random ninja I thought of off the top of my head, there is no exact sequence.

Too bad Gaara uses only ninjutsu. Too bad Kakashi is nothing without Kamui/ ninjutsu.

Wait, I just realized in your list everyone is ninjutsu user, lol.

The fact that you put Gaara makes the whole list invalid.. and same for Sasori

You can't exclude Gai and Lee.
