Why Shino? I mean, no one cares for Shino. Literally no one. Not even the characters themselves. Its even a running gag in the manga.

dunno man i liked tobi's character...it was good comic relief...annoying the hell out of diedara while being the original mastermind of akatsuki was actually good...yup after the revelation that he is obito and his turn to obsession/madness was one of the dumbest thing...but considering the main antagonist was delusional himself so really can't say much....Shino well not hated.....my list would go something like this.........

Sakura, Orochimaru, Karin, Danzo, whiny Obito....no particular order..can't say hated but yeah disliked rather
