Reasons:
Itachi is clearly a badass in any aspect.
Tobi is brilliant and seems to be invincible, yet he's only a "shell" of his former self.
Minato can teleport leaving just a yellow flash behind.
Madara can change from Sharingan to EMS to Rineggan.
Nagato had an amazing dialogue in which he seems to point out all the flaws in real life society.

Reason: Well, Tobi has 6 tailed beasts with him, rinnegan user and Sharingan. and we all know that hes the main boss in naruto.
Kabuto simply because he has all this Edo summons and made a huge infract on the war.
Naruto and Sasuke cuz they are both powerful right now.
5 kages, cuz they are the 5 kages no need to explain.

Killer bee cuz hes the strongest shinobi alive exept the list above

#5. Kakashi: Kage-level, but super relaxed and doesn't act like it at all. The most modest of the series.

Itachi. Not only is he a badass, but sacrificed everything for his brother and family, which is something i respect.

Killer Bee. not sure how to explain but i just like him.

Kakashi. Lose the sarcasm and jokes around him.

Pain. I think the background music is what i like about him, and hes a badass.

Tobi. again dont know why I just think hes cool.

-He's a guy who wasn't born in a renown clan,nor he was gifted with a special bloodline limit,just he was blessed with a genius intellect.Superior intellect that made him take chakra manipulation to the apex,and with that set the stepping stones for the future generations to transcends the limits of the ninjutsu he created.And without being member of the any clan he managed to become the leader of the village in which there were nothing short of the descendants of the Rikudo Sage.He was always kind,and smiling,but when in battle he became stone cold and unwavering.If i where to summarize this shinobi with a catch phrase,i would say"Shinobi exited on his arrival".Sadly he was victim of the wheel of fate,and in that fated night he had to conquer a evil that was too great for a single shinobi to handle,and therefore vanished as hero still,who fought with his might and left a hope for the future.

-This guy here doesn't know the meaning of the world fear.Nothing for him was scary,it was just at most "interesting",even in the face of a Bijuu Kisame maintained his trademark grin.Maybe he doesn't fear because he just can't,due to his partial humanity,maybe who can really know.His battle approach was that of a true shark that approaches it's prey:very aggressive,and merciless.Very simple yet very effective.But in all of this he was always polite even when saying the most unsavory kind of things,always with a grin.He was a living lie,a man who lost his path in life,and then found a hope in a utopia of a world of truth,dream which he worked hard to reach,but sadly couldn't.Nevertheless even in the very last moments of his life he maintained his grin and died as true shinobi,yes even to the bitter end he abode to his "code"of honor.

-This man here,is the embodiment of Darkness,he isn't driven by hatred,he's just too above the ninja world,that for him emotions are just a "risk",risk not worthy to be taken in order to accomplish his task.He doesn't have the powers in himself,but he makes that up with patience,he waits for the most advantageous moment and capitalizes on it;shrewd,cynical.His knowledge of the human mind allows him to gain help from allies who think they're doing what they believe,but just don't know they're pushing this man towards his final goal,to finally achieve "completeness".If i was to summarize him in a phrase,i would say that the narutoverse is a chess board,"Tobi is the chessmaster",always steps ahead of the entire world,even steps ahead of geniuses like Itachi or Minato.

-This man,he's the kind of badas*,that is one,but without even trying,he's just that he's level is so far above the rest that,even self conceited individuals like Tobi are always in amazement when it comes to him.He's just a prodigy in a clan of prodigies,was born with superior intellect,and inborn sense of justice.He was a young man,but had knowledge of events others couldn't even comprehend,and for this reason he alienated himself from the rest of the lot,as he was too above their level.He was too kind to be a shinobi which is the only flaw in a man who on the outside seemed invincible,yet hironically it was his kindness the very reason he lived as a shinobi throughout his life,and eventually led him to embark in a path of loneliness,yet even despite the fact he had to trade love for hate,honor for dishonor,Itachi still died with a smile,and even in death he planned steps ahead.To summarize Itachi in few words"He's a living Izanagi,a man who turns his own "reality" into an illusion,but very painfully got hit at the end of the technique",that's the irony of a living Illusion that Itachi was.We could say he was so masterful at placing others in his Illusions,that he inevitably got caught in one too and lost the perception of "reality".

-Just look at the pose,the hubris,the charisma.He went as far as going to hell,but had a plan to come back from it.His name was enough to unite the shinobi world in one army.He's the kind of guy that reminds you how far beneath his level you are,in case you might just forget.He demonstrated is legendary status in combat,while forcing his way trough great numbers of a division,just as a greeting message to the ninja world.Other kages,felt the need to unite in battle,swallowing their pride,their reciprocal grudges,the back history,just for the fear of this mans name;event which is unprecedented in the shinobi world.You might not like the man in himself but when it comes to badassery,he' just second to none,at least not in this manga.If Tobi is the mastermind of the narutoverse,well Madara is the mastermind of the mastermind as he planned for events,far from his era.Sure it's not a surprise with an extreme eyesight as his,the regular human concepts are taken to the extreme,the boundaries are stretched beyond anything the shinobi world as ever witnessed.Will the man craving for God-hood,succeed in bending the world to his will?.
