Not really. He's just displayed more badass moments. He's more worthy of the title. Helmeppo has displayed nothing worthy of being called a badass, so I don't get it?

you stated "exactly man" when i pointed out the number of episodes , in a manner that somehow shows a non existant importance of anime length to badassness in contrast , evidently not the case seeing as there are lots of badass characters in short anime , another example would be Lelouch from code geass, sadly the number of badass moments is the only thing you care about , might aswell have your list as:
1.Zoro
2.Luffy
3.Sanji
4.Ace
5.Doflamingo or Trafalgar law

all one piece characters , because to you its the quantity and not quality or how unique a character is , their general attitude , fight style, life style , appearence etc.

Arguing between Mugen and Zoro being being the most bad ass swordman. Who would of thought this would even be possible. People actually know quality. I almost want to cry its that awesome.

A guy who gets half his face blown off and still fights, destroys the marine base by slitting it in half because he punched the air and the damage was so great they had to relocate, and died standing.
