-She is not smarter in Shikamaru (even though Shikamaru stated she was) I don't remember this statement. Kindly link me to it

Kindly link me to this statement because I don't remember this. Asuma praised Temari's intelligence and said she is a pretty good strategist herself but she wasn't compared to Shikamaru. I do agree she beats Shikamaru rather easily.

-She could not beat Konon (even though her fan would destroy paper)

Depends if Konan can reattach herself after being cut repeatedly into pieces.

-She can't beat most people in K11 (not including sasuke, naruto and lee)

I agree, other than the three you listed, she beats them all 1 VS 1.

-She is not jounin rank in strength (even though she is gaaras right hand)

Who says Temari isn't jounin rank in strength? If anyone does, they are being ridiculous. She is obviously high jounin level when it comes to power and can beat Zabuza, Darui, Sai, Kankuro, Neji, etc.

-She couldn't defeat sasori in an open field (even though her long range wind-style is a perfect counter to his puppets)

Sasori's iron sand's magnetic properties will allow him to pull Temari's metal fan away from her. He could just spam projectiles, iron sand and puppets in all directions and Temari wouldn't have a defence against such a large scale sweep assault. Iron sand and chakra shields built into his puppets are good enough defence against Temari's winds.

I forgot about sasori being able to pull the fan with the third kazekage's magnetic powers. I don't think the chakra shields around the puppets would protect them though, or that sasori could weapon-spam to the point where the fan couldn't just deflect them. However if he could use the kazekage to simply pull her fan to him then yes he would win.

I don't really want to find the message but it's in the temari vs shikamaru fight somewhere.

As for konan I think she could definitely win but honestly we never saw konan fight so it's really difficult to say.
