Care to elaborate? It's just with Sasuke...there's not much he can do whilst riding a hawk. His movements are fairly restricted and he can easily just...be knocked off the hawk or have the hawk horribly killed...
Thats hawk is fairly agile and has brain of his own unlike creations of deidara for example. It managed to dodge danzo's wind attacks as well as catch his shuriken and strike back with it. Being a hawk (big one) is naturally superior in flight then anything else.
Sasule can shield it with susanoo armour if needed too. Sasuke possesses great fire power and fire rate for aerial combat. Susanoo arrows and enton magatamas barrage will do the job fairly easy.
Muu has surprise attack that he can exploit against almost any1 + KO jinton.
Sasuke can clearly see muu with sharingan. In the end it depends on who strikes first, both can win or draw.
