My liste but feel free to share yours :)

1. Uchiha Sakura- Legends of her shannaroo echo through teh history books...teh only non rsm user to tank madara's big black rod and wound kaguya otsutsuki. World class medic and first shinobi to defeat wakatsuki member in naruto manga...her skill was recognized by hashirama, god of shinobi among many others...capable of using byakugou no jutsu...something nobody else except tsunade sama was able to do :) elite jonin and major contributer to war efforts

2. Tsunade Senju- Carried teh kages in teh fight against madara sama...especially non-kage level members like Gaara

3. Ino Sai- Elite jonin who made valuable contributions to war with her telepathy no jutsu

4. Tenten Rock- She have all teh RSM weapons now...solo'd kakuzu's hearts with one swipe

5. Senju Moegi- Not much iz known yet but she have wood no jutsu and that iz stronger than what any non members of this liste have

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. I like reading everyone's opinion on the matter, though, and I hope this discussion goes on

-Hinata: Hamura's chakra >>> all Kunoichis.
-Kurotsuchi: KG, Suiton, Doton and Genjutsu.
-Hanabi: Juuken, Kaiten, Byakugan.
-Sakura: She is like Tsunade but without Senju and Uzumaki blood.

manga evidence of hinita rikidou mode?!? iz this teh same rsm mode hinita that got defeated by hair pull no jutsu?!!?

The Last is canon my friend, deal with it. I know, I know, you're afraid that Hamura's chakra will turn Hinata in a "goddes" like Naruto and Sasuke, but what can I do? This is her fate.
