Welcome to this top 5!
Here, we will evaluate the Hokages based on their appearance,
ideology, power, and cool-factor (style and humor).
The ratings will go from 1 to 10.
Let the top begin!
1. Tsunade
Appearance: 10 - she is still very good-looking,
and so she was when she was younger. She also wears a good costume.
Ideology: 9 - she inherited the same will as Hashirama - the Will of Fire.
Power: 8 - she's extremely powerful, a sannin,
and one of the strongest ninjas of her generation.
Cool-factor: 10 - she's got a lot of style, and
is extremely comic throughout the entire series.
2. Mei
Appearance: 10 - she's young, yet she is considered among
the Naruto characters (and even the users on this base) the
hottest Naruto character so far, considered "almost on par" with
young Tsunade.
Ideology: 8 - she believes in peace like all the other Kages of her generation.
Power: 8 - she has an extremely powerful acid style that
can melt even people hiding inside a Susano'o. Although she's not as strong as Tsunade
nor can summon anything, this extremely power puts her close to her, if not equal.
Cool factor: 10 - every time another girl offends her, Mei dominates them in a fight
and easily is just as powerful as the other Kages. She's also extremely humorous
and has a better version of the Hidden Mist jutsu than Zabuza, making her terrifying in her fights.
3. Hashirama
Appearance: 8 - he uses a very stylish costume and his hair
plus his Senju marks on his face make him look badass.
Ideology: 10 - He founded the leaf village along with Madara, and with Tobirama,
he created the original and beautiful Will of Fire.
Power: 9 - he is unstoppable and cannot be killed by anybody who doesn't
have the power of the Sage.
Cool factor: 8 - he's funny, and his style of doing things make him plainly cool.
4. Gaara
Appearance: 9 - a lot of the female users of this base consider
him the best looking male character ever, but sadly, he doesn't have eyebrows.
Ideology: 9 - again, he shares the same ideology as the other Kages, but what differs
him is that he was truly a monster but the concept of friendship, love, and peace
changed him and made him who he is today. He even inspired the entire army of ninjas during the
war.
Power: 7 - while he is powerful, every other Kage could defeat him.
He is still the youngest Kage there is and his power is absolutely impressive
for his age.
Cool factor: 7 - while he is cool, he used to act like a complete lunatic, and while he
doesn't do that anymore, he lacks a good sense of humor.
5. Danzo
Appearance: 6 - when he finally became the (arguably unofficial) sixth hokage, he was old
and his looks were really bad.
Ideology: 6 - he also inherited the Will of Fire and did everything
to protect the Hidden Leaf Village, and that included kill those that are of his own and hurt
other villages.
Power: 9 - he became the sixth Hokage when Tsunade was unavailable for such job,
and he was clearly the strongest one out of them all individually, with an incredible wind style control,
a gigantic Baku sommoning jutsu, countless Izanagi eyes, a great mastery over his Sharingan eye,
a lot of Senju DNA which passively healed him, a little control
over wood-style, and last but not least, the almighty KA (which was actually
complimented by the Senju DNA, making it far more potent).
Cool factor: 9 - he was absolutely badass. Yes, he was not funny in any way, but his Sharingan arm, Sharingan eye, and coldness especially established a point that he was not someone
you would want to miss with, and more importantly, a ninja from the shadows.
