Hashirama should have given an Uchiha a big role in Konoha if he had done that maybe the rivalry wouldn't be as big as it is. Hiruzen's big mistake was letting Orochimaru live. I don't like the way Minato "sacrificed" himself, he was the strongest in Konoha and he was still very young he should have saved the world himself not take a chance with his son. Tsunade is pretty good I can't think of any big flaw. Tobirama also made the problems with the Uchiha worse and he created edo tensei. If I had to rank them I guess it would be

1- Hiruzen
2- Tsunade
3- Minato
4- Hashirama
5- Tobirama

Bro, Minato was hokage that time when Kakashi and Rin were on a mission........... so he need to stay on Konoha and protect it, and that's the reason why he could not be with his own dare students.

One more thing, Minato has plenty of sealing jutsus and even more stronger than Hiruzen, so don't come here and saying that Minato failed to protect Konoha or his student..

You remember when Kakashi, Rin and Obito fought against 2 or 3 rock ninjas, while Minato need to deal with 1000 rock ninjas, bro Minato can't just escape from the battlefield............

Bro, as I said before, Minato is the most talented shinobi ever and how can he let his own Konoha friends down, also people who fought against those rock ninjas ( not Kakashi, Rin and Obito ). That's why he couldn't saved Obito, but he's mission was to protect those Konoha people too............. I know its possible that Minato didn't manage to save Obito because it was maybe few of rock ninjas left like 4 or 5 of them and Minato need to kill all of their bull S H I T!!!!!

My list

1. Hashirama > The strongest shinobi but he wasn't all about power. He even managed to bring 2 rival clans together and make both of them trust him. Shared power with other villages to balance power. Flaws? non that i can think of. The best hokage if you ask me!

2. Hiruzen > Peacefull old guy we all loved in Naruto part one, he is the reason why Naruto made his first bonds and Sasuke stayed save in the village. The only Hokage who gave his position the the next generation while he was alive. All the others stayed in power untill their deaths. His only flaw is his blindness towards Danzo and Orichmaru.

3. Minato > We dont know much about him but one thing is for sure, he died way to young. But he died honourable protecting his village and his son. Flaws, this might be hard for some fanboys but Minato failed his team(Kakashi, Rin and Obito). He was a way when Obito died, he was away when Kakashi killed Rin.

4. Tsunade > One of the strongest female shinobi's, love the fact that the is strong willed( yeah yeah will of fire stuff) She might not be strongest hokage but she made the least mistakes if you ask me.

5. Tobirama > Now this guy is a hard one. He did alot of good things for the village, makin all those institutions but i cant accept that this guy made a jutsu that requires a human sacrifice. Shady hokage!

You mean rank the five hokages??? because there are only five hokages unless you want to include pseudo-hokage Danzo...
