And well uhm...That's kinda difficult but I'd say:

1)Kizaru - Mid/High diff
2)Doflamingo - Mid Diff
3)Eustass Kid - Extreme diff
4)Bartolomeo -High diff
5)Ivankov -

1. Mihawk- extreme high diff, I like him more and we have yet to see them go all out, so I'll put him above kizaru
2. Kizaru- mid diff
3.Luffy- high diff, from we've seen so far, Zoro and Luffy have yet to show us what they're capable of, but Luffy's the captain.
4. Zoro- no diff
5. Enel- I hope he gets brought back somehow, more powerful and faster so he wouldn't be no diff'd like he is right now.
