I stopped reading when Shikaku wasn't in the top 5 strategist.

That's a major fail.

Some of the others we're decent though, but most of them we're not.

Sasuke shouldn't be under taijutsu and Naruto and Sasuke both lose out to Shikamaru and Shikaku in strategy

I mean in battle, shakamaru has to think a while and stay in a single motion while he's thinking so no shakamaru there
