It depends on how you define emotional in the context of the fight. For instance; Naruto vs Sasuke at the VoTE was about the obvious emotions between them and everything after. Whereas Lee vs Gaara was mostly only on Lee's part because he had a point to prove about Non-Ninjutsu users being powerful.

But, I do agree with your list. I'll post one after I finish my Biochemistry work.

Itachi vs Sasuke for me. A long awaited fight for Sasuke to finally get his revenge, going back and forth with his brother. All while his brother was doing it to make him stronger, all while Sasuke didn't know the truth. Come to find out his brother was there for him the entire time, it was very touching for me :Omg:

J-man and Nagato come 2nd for me, followed by Naruto vs Sasuke, Lee vs Gaara, and Sasuke vs Danzo.
