I think just Madara is out of place, not because of his powers, just that he is summoned through the Edo Tensei. In my list I wouldn't count him. The others are on the spot.
Oh, the same goes for Itachi as well.

You shouldn't count Current Madara on his Own. He is part of Kabuto's Jutsu.

Also Kabuto should be 1 or 2 and Nagato should take Sasuke/Itachi's Place.
