Keep in mind that people existing in the old era, but did not reach "elderlyhood" (I.e. Madara, Hashirama, and Tobirama) are not allowed on the list. Problem?

Yes, any specimen is allowed. I guess the Sannin can be included. In that case, Jiraiya should be in Mito's place and Oro in Danzo's. No offense. xd
