My personal favorite is the Nara clan. They're so mysterious, and private. Just the general mystique that Shikamaru and Skikaku put out.

In terms of power, though, the Uchiha and Senju obviously take the cake. Followed by Uzumaki, Hyuuga, Kaguya, and Hozuki clans.

Shit, forgot about the Sarutobi clan entirely. Hiruzen, Asuma, and Sasuke (I know he was never shown, but he has a terrifying reputation, so I'm sure he's a power-house).
