The number 1 criteria for being the strongest Kekkai Genkai is ease of use.
1. Kaguya Clan: aka Kimimaro's Clan
Abilities: Shikotsumyaku as descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, a select few were able to inherit the Shikotsumyaku a derivative of their ancestor's All-Killing Ash Bones Kekkei Mōra, which allowed them to manipulate their skeletal structure to weaponise bones for battle. This ability was so powerful, regarded as the ultimate taijutsu ability, that the other members of the clan feared it.
Reasoning when Kaguya Ōtsutsuki was reincarnated the main technique she used was All-Killing Ash Bones which Kimimaro could do as well. Also Kimimaro was impervious to physical injury we were also led to believe that Kimimaro killed the 4th Kazekage.
2.Yuki Clan: aka Haku's clan
Abilities: Ice Release made up of techniques that combines wind and water-based chakra to create and manipulate ice, forming it into various structures. When the user releases their chakra, the surrounding vicinity becomes cold enough to cause snow to fall. The ice Haku creates is also extremely resistant to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with Sasuke's flames. As shown by Haku, as a child, he could also manipulate the form of nearby water. Additionally, any nearby water is an advantage, as the user can simply freeze that water to create ice.
Reasoning This gets another high rating is haku as a child without any training was able to fight off and kill a mob. The other reason being they control water so Houziki clans techniques cant work and demon ice crystal will destroy any Hyuga in seconds because of blind spot. Also being able to 1 handed sign is OP
3. Hōzuki Clan :aka Suigetsu's and 2nd Mizukage's clan
Abilities: Hydrification Technique-This technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations or even use the liquid as projectiles. only one weakness lightining techniques.
Reasoning I'm rating so high is Suigetsu is only character in entire Naruto universe to take a pointblank tailed beast bomb and survive meaning he didn't die everyone else figures out a way to dodge. Not going to list a bunch of techniques just the main 1 if you want to hear about techniques watch or read 2nd mizukage vs ninja alliance and watch Suigetsu when recruiting to Hebi or Taka vs eight tails.
4.Uchiha Clan aka Sauske's clan
Abilities:1. Sharingan: Eye of Insight and Eye of Hypnotism
Eye of Insight's abilities able to see chakra as color allowing to see through most visual genjutsu and these colors show the nature of the chakra. Insight also allows for mimicking almost any technique(only exceptions are kekkai genkai) that is seen.
Eye of Hypnotism basically grants the user ease of casting genjutsu even kakashi was able to cast genjutsu easily. Might Gai came up with a ridiculous method to counter by looking at his feet.
Mangyenko Sharringan: 1.Each user of Mangyenko Sharringan has shown Different abilities.
examples Kamui Obito's ability teleportation jutsu. Kotoamatsukami Shisui's ability control someone's thought. Sasuke's ability Control of Amaterasu. Tsukuyomi Itachi's ability powerful genjitsu 3 days pass in genjitsu but a couple seconds pass in real time.
2.Amaterasu produces black flames at the focal point of the user's vision. In most situations, this makes Amaterasu impossible to avoid. However, if the target can move fast enough to prevent being focused on, Amaterasu will miss them when it's cast. Once created, it can continue burning for seven days and seven nights. The flames cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods; only the user can put the flames out. Amaterasu burns basically any material other flames included until nothing but ash remains. However, the flames cannot burn through chakra or materials infused with chakra, as they failed to burn into Naruto's Version 1 chakra cloak, or through Gaara's chakra-infused sand.
3. Susanoo forms around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves around.[4] This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, one that becomes more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully. If it is damaged, Susanoo does not regenerate and it can only be repaired either by advancing it to the next developmental stage or by dispersing it and then forming it anew. Susanoo is also rarest ability. It can however be penetrated as was shown when Raikage punched through it and when gaara pulled Madara out of it.
Reasoning I had a hard time rating the Uchiha above the Hyuga clan Everyone will say well every MS user beats any Byakugan user and i agreed however there were only like 5 ms users and only 3 of them were able to unlock Susanoo and Amaterasu(Obito and Shisui were never shown to have used either ability)so in the end I rated Arc 1 Sauske higher than Arc 1 Neji here is my reasoning Sauske can anticpate where Neji will attack and dodge or counter attack also every single Uchiha uses more than just Taijutsu they use Genjutsu, Ninjutsu and Taijutsu where i have only seen Hyuga use Taijutsu. I am going off of what I seen used

Its vision can penetrate through most solid objects and obstructions, though certain barriers may distort the Byakugan's perception somewhat. The Byakugan is also able to more effectively follow high-speed movements to better react to them.Arguably, its greatest ability is to see chakra to a greater degree than the Sharingan: it can identify chakra by the specific individuals it originates from, determine when genjutsu is being used, and discern certain types of clone from the real thing. The Byakugan's ability to see chakra is so acute that it can actually see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that run along it.

Unamed ability to expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body. this led the Hyūga to devise a style of combat known as the Gentle Fist that specifically takes advantage of this, wherein they strike an opponent's tenketsu to either seal or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra.
Reasoning The ability to shut down someone's abilities to use chakra is huge also seeing through most genjutsu. One of the strongest taijutsus in manga.
