There hype is more feat based..... Sarutobi knowledge based.

"ultimate shinobi", "guy who took on 10,000 men for 3 days and 3 nights" , "On a complete different level then the current Kages", "Only one capable of stopping Edo Madara". Shall I go on??

Sarutobi's God of shinobi hype failed when Dan (Tsunade's love) said that "Only the first hokage is capable of stoping Madara uchiha". lmaoo.

List of perfection. Saru with Monkey Sage Mode (note: this is hypothetical and not included in his hype) would beast everyone. Except the 3rd Raikage and Hashirama. Hashirama would make himself a Jinchuuriki (I mean, I'm sure his prime was when he had all the Jinchuuriki together) ... specifically the Seven-Tails, and fly around trolling Prime Monkey Sage Mode Hiruzen.
