Top 5 Naruto characters that specialize in TNJ and excel at it,

1. Naruto - One and only.

2. Obito - Almost TNJ'd Naruto himself.

3. Hashirama - Able to TNJ sasuke right out of his PMS phase.

4. Kakashi - His TNJ is on par with Naruto and obito's, Just needs more training in the field.

5. Madara - Both Immune to TNJ and excel's at it as well.

Sasuke.- hashi's victim

Sasori- kankuro's

Obito- naruto's ATM

Tobirama- TnJ'd himself and solo'd himself against gin and kin bro's.

Kabuto- became victim of his own TnJ.

Naruto- Uncrowned champion right here
Hinata- Countered Obito's Tnj and then hit Naruto with one! That's skills right there
Obito- Tnj Nagato and Sasuke to his side and would have gotten Naruto too if it weren't for Hinata
Hashirama- He got Sasuke out of his Taka stage.
Madara- Making the Gokage feel like shit several times, probably could have TnJ'd Hashirama way back then, and he's been resistant to Hashirama. The mans got skills too.

Funny that there are actually quite a few people who are candidates for this kind of thing Lol
