Shows the ability to be a protector and current kakashi with the ability to warp and travel.

Makes him a fierce oppenet against most


3. Kisame

You must be registered for see images

Showed in the series to by very relieable and devote to his village and showed loyalty to akatsuki and obito.

Soloed killer bee

His skill set easily makes him top 5 amoung non previous kages

4. Madara

You must be registered for see images

Might get flammed for this but at least i placed madara lower.

I still think he would have been an excellent hokage had he not been in the conditions he was in.

5. Nagato

You must be registered for see images

Nagato was basically a hokage in his little village hidden in the rain.

And i think he did a excellent job in protecting them and with madara's rinngenn

he is hard to deal with

But my list would be , Sage mode naruto is pretty much kage level without kurama.
