2. Shinra Tensei - Uzumaki Nagato.
Shown to destroy the entire village in a instant, because it works with magnetic force and gravity, its virtually impossible to stop or counter. Its size is shown to depend on the users chakra.

3. Fuuton: Rasenshuriken - Uzumaki Naruto
Though not being much destructive to landscape, its the most lethal jutsu out there that could harm your body, even as far as destroying the chakra network within. When this hits the victim, the victim may never use chakra and jutsu again, Tsunade considered this Forbidden Jutsu, not even she can heal.

4. Kirin - Uchiha Sasuke
Using clouds itself, the control raw lightning itself. Because of this its faster than human blink, and its dangerously a fatal justu too, shown to destroy an entire mountain, forcing Itachi to use Susanoo. This is considered a 1-Hit Ko jutsu, it cannot be used again depending on the weather that is.

2. chibukai tensei
3.shinra tensei

1. Naruto's bijuu dama: the blast equalled 5 bijuu, it is actually ridiculous and would do more damage then madras susano'o

2. Shinra tensei: leveled konoha.....pretty much sums it up.

3/4. Hashirama's mokuton: helped in re- writing the maps in the
Madara and hashi fight. Tobi also showed that it can be devastating.

3/4. Madaras susano'o: same as hashi, also leveled a mountain.

Bonus: deidara's c0: destroys everything in a 10 km radius.

5 fodder Jinchuriki blasts blew up 5 different mountains each. When they charged all of their blasts into 1 combined gigantic form and actually charged it for some time, Naruto's still managed to match it in power...what does that tell you?

I think if Madara actually went on a rampage in PS form it'd be superior to 1 single bijuu dama obviously, but in terms of destructive power if 1 sword slash=2 mountains, bijuu dama stomps it easy. At least Naruto's.

3. Susanoo (Madara version) - Nukes not only the battlefield, but changes the entire landscape reaching the mountains in the background. Less destructive than Naruto's Bijuudama, but has more range.
4. C0 - Its explosion can be described as a miniature atomic bomb, but lacks the power to pulverise its targets as Manda's body was able to shield Sasuke.

Microscopic destruction:

1. Dust Release - Destroys every target down to a molecular level.
2. C4 - Destroys every living being that is able to breath at a cellular level, greater radius than Rasenshuriken.
3. Rasenshuriken - Destroys the target at a cellular level.
