1. Kabuto- he shows his intelligence more than others. He admits his failures and gives praise to those who may not be his allies. Modesty is a big one. Kabuto's personality with being a villain just suits him.
2. Madara uchiha the name itself is power. The instigator of everything. Deeming himself the 2nd sage of the 6 paths is quite a bold statement. He shows pride in his battles meaning why during a war would he turn down a challenge from a wood clone. The answer is simply pride. He gained the rinnegan and all this power and more than anything wants to test it all on hashirama not a clone of his.
3. Obito- witnessing the death of his love was so traumatizing to make his mind warped to the point to want to get rid of reality is something everyone can relate to. (Kinda like Mr. Freeze is in Batman) but much worse.
4 Sasuke-is the show's yang as naruto is the show's yin. From once a protagonist to an antagonist (which I will still consider him to be despite him wanting to be hokage)
I have aspergers syndrome I can't take criticism that well.
