Oro can't control Hashirama so he goes below Hashirama and Madara.

1- Kakashi is OP, and i've seen him even higher on these lists, about naruto > nagato you're right, i already edited it.

2- Oro can't control hashirama, but he has tobirama, KM Minato and hiruzen, Hashirama can't beat all those togheter with infinite chakra and being inmortal, madara also can't.

3- Maybe you're right, but i think oonoki is overrated

Good list. Also they are right Sasuke over Minato. I like Minato in all but Sasuke is going to be right below Naruto because they are rivals and he proved he is dangerous.

Tobirama is featless, Hiruzen is too weak, and KM Minato is not enough. Hashirama and Madara both beat them as they have no way to overcome their weaker techs let alone Shinsuusenju and Perfect Susanoo.
