Based on what we've seen, read and looking at other members lists and reading the naruto wiki but I'm still not 100% so change is always good.

Kakuzu and kisame are stronger then kakashi why they under him..

Kakashi's Kumai is to deadly and On top his other jutsu's that we've yet to see. I wouldn't be surprised if he could take on anyone on this list excluding the top 4.

Had Gaara been at the same level he was when he 1st fought Deidara, then yeah, he'd be below them but as of now, I think he'd be able to take them on

One thing is Naruto and Sasuke is better than Kabuto.

They're very strong and OP and all, but he has edo, sage mode and medical jutsu, etc.. Based on these things and depending on what we see next week, he might be higher around 3-4 range.

A is not that strong. He literally only goes Hulk SMASH even in with both of his arms. He has nothing but speed and raw strength. I mean really think about his feats.... they are not that impressive. His arsenal is even smaller than Tsunade's. So no he wont beat Jiraiya or Oro I'd put him either just above Tsunade because of speed or directly below her because of how limited his arsenal is

His immense speed and strength is what makes him so powerful, it's not easy to keep up with his movements and most of the time it only takes 1 hit for him to k/o someone.
