Base Minato Is Definitely Above Tobirama...The Only Argument That Fans Have For Tobirama Is Tagging Juubito (Better Reaction & Striking Speed Feat Than Minato) & DB4 Clearly Put Minato Above Tobirama In Speed. (DB Hyped Minato Way Too Much For Tobirama To Be Faster In Those Areas)

& For Those Who Think Tobirama Is Better Than Even KCM Minato In Speed Below Is KG65 Opinion About It.

Tobirama couldn't physically do anything to Juubito w/o losing half his body. Then there's also the fact that striking can be faster than Shunshin...but if Base Minato's reactions are on par with Tobirama's, the massive boost he gets (KCM) should let him teleport away w/o being tagged. So either:

1. Juubito's striking speed>Juubito's Shunshin speed. (Most likely out of the 4, since people like Gai strike faster than they move)

2. Having control over his movements let him execute them in a more effective way than he did w/o a mind, hence someone faster getting his arm chopped off before he could teleport.

3. Overall, In control Juubito>Mindless Juubito (Doubt it as there is no reason for this to be the case)
