goes to see his aunt and uncle and likely also gets spoiled by them (his clothes are likely made by them too since his first pair had the hyuga crest)

then we have his Dad who is Hokage, while he also gets a side of promotional money via Ramen shop, sodas, cards, etc...

so his money issue isn't even a problem

] Don't forget that Denki's father's company also designs the train transit system that runs through the village. Also in the Boruto manga, Gaara and the Sand Shinobi traveled back to Suna by train. This means that their business is not solely restricted to Konoha or even the Land of Fire, and that is only one field of the business. Think of how much money the Vanderbilt family amassed from their railroad monopoly.

The clans you listed might have wealth as a whole, but that doesn't mean Choji or Hinata or Shikamaru can use those funds at their own discretion.
