Talk no Jutsu is Naruto's special secret über awesome technique powered by PnJ (Plot no Jutsu) with which he beats sense, morality and unicorn poo covered in fairy dust into his opponent.

To put it bluntly; Naruto rants about peace, the right thing to do, love and friendship and bonds and stuff and his opponent sees the light, repents for his/her sins and converts to the light side.

You'll probably be able to work out the meaning of PnJ (Plot no Jutsu, powered by Kishi) on your own.
