MY Man Garra: gets no love.... never in any top 10's ( not saying he should be) but hes close

Troll kage: died fighting mu or killed muu too i cant remember but i seen several people put muu in top 10 and never troll kage

Sound 4: never get no love cause they got owned by genin....maybe they deserve to be underrated

1) @Edo Minato: No, OP, minato is not overrated. A guy who had to be nerfed because he was doing too much work on a supposed 'god'(juubito) isn't overrated. Everyone but minato got their edo self essentially killed by the slower juubito, while minato only lost an arm through shock and plot to rikudobito. Right now, minato's proving his hype; It's simply people like you who can't see past big explosions and flashing lights who can't see just how OP a guy with all of BM naruto's enhancements, FTG, sealing jutsu and S/T barrier is. Minato was already OP in base, now he's just at a point where he needed a nerf. Even his intelligence and battle insight had to be nerfed.

2) @Gaara: No, gaara nor any other kage deserves to be top 10. Some people put them in because of fanboying, but no kage has shown the skill to be top 10 material. All kages are relatively about equal strength. The only Kages that seem above the pact are hashirama(obvious reasons), minato(obvious again), hiruzen(hype wise, but no feats to really justify), 3rd raikage( Hype of his durability; and 3 day fight). All others are around the same general area in top lists/tier lists, but people create massive division for their own fan reasons, bias, or disability to understand anything that isn't a massive explosion that covers the screen. side note: Gaara is in my top 5 faves, and he's my fave among the gokage (not withstanding my ritual defending of mei because she's soooo underrated), so it's not like i'm even hating on him.

@trollkage: Agreed. This seperation and the seperation of onoki and muu, that fans makeup, simply proves my point that most of these people don't understand the character abilities, feats, or skills. They just go off of who can create the biggest bang without taking even a second to think of, or understand the drawbacks of a jutsu( eg; Jinton - no jinton fans stop to take into account jinton's massive charge time).

@sound 4: They suck though? lol. They're really only chunnin level after openining their cursed marks, maybe low jounin. Before that they're still in genin/chunin levels. Unless up against other chunnins, or low jounins, the sound 4 will always lose. It's like CS-V2, vote sasuke vs part 1 kakashi. Due to his battle with naruto, we'd have a skewed understanding of his abilities(which were still around chunnin/low-jounin-at-best levels then. But, in reality, part 1 kakashi would murder stomp him once he started using his sharingan.

Unless someone is faster than Minato and FTG he pretty much does. I mean Madara, sealed. Hashirama, sealed. Juubito, sealed (if he knew that shadow clones made FTG slower). Kishi also nerfed him by taking his arm.

Minato saved everyone more than twice...over 100,000,000 people...something like that. He basically single armly won that tug of war since he was doing the most.

Minato is overrated, but we don't go all around saying it like naruto fans or sasuke fans would.

Overrated to the max: Edo madara, BSM Naruto, EMS Sasuke, Edo Hashirama (hype wise)

Overrated: Edo Minato, Juubito, Tsunade (Femme hype wise lol)

Underrated: Hebi Sasuke, Muu, Itachi (fan wise, his hype is nearly gone)

Most overrated: Itachi, Sasuke and Kabuto (imo about kabuto)

Most underrated: Jiraiya and hiruzen BY FAR are the most underrated. Third Raikage can also be considered underrated.
