1. how do fillers count? konoharmu used dragon dust jutsu or some shit against tamarui that doesnt mean he actually has it.
2.jinchuriki skills are not ninjutsu they are power of the tailed beasts, did he use a hand seal for chakra arms i dont think so, bijuudama hard to say he using it in a rasegan form but once again its the power of the kyuubi not his and its not a jutsu.

i agree that you did prove me wrong on some of the other jutsu, i had not realized their were so many techs that were named that still doesnt mean naruto #1 in ninjutsu
not mention those are just mostly varients of rasegan thats like saying chidroi spear is a jutsu its just a varient of chidori in a different form but ill still +rep you because u you did provide some valid info
