Top 3 ninja with the highest chakra levels(No jinchurriki)

How does it not? Every MS jutsu requires alot of chakra. This is heavily implied by Kakashi using kamui and ending up in the hospital right away.



Last time i checked it was still a jutsu that requires chakra.

kakashi can use kamui two or three times... so sasuke doing ms techs five or six times is once again a couple steps above kakashi... and chidori is easily spit out by kakashi as well... and many more times too

Kakashi's never used kamui 3 times in battle. He's only used it twice 2 times and he completely collapsed after that. Also Sasuke's used chidori much more than Kakashi has in battle.

I wonder if chidori variants cost as much as the original chidori.I suspect that the variants cost more since he uses chakra manipulation on it.By chidori variants i man the chidori needles,stream,spear and chidori current.
