Well Kushina survived a bijuu extraction and the Uzumaki were known for their chakra and stamina, so she most likely had a great amount of chakra without the kyuubi. Also Nagato isn't a jinchuuriki.

nagato aint a jinchuriki..... and to be a jinchuuriki without getting affected with the beast inside yu, you need to have a fair amount of chakra especially for kyuubi otherwise you will become like gaara....
and when kakashi was training naruto for elemental jutsu he himself said to nauro that naruto's chakra is about 4 time that of kakashi.... (and kakashi's chakra level is not that bad in part 2)

Lol what? Do you know the way time works in Naruto? Yea I doubt it. You have no way of knowing how long he held those jutsu for. He also used amaterasu several times along with chidori and genjutsu.

Being beaten in a fight is by no means an indicator in how much chakra somebody has.

neither does using a few ms moves of which the only one that was at the lvl of the original was amaterasu, the genjutsu he used isnt as high lvl and the susanoo is incomplete

To hold susanoo up for that long should speak volumes about his chakra level. He also used amaterasu, enton, chidori and variants, and genjutsu. That in itself should speak volumes about his chakra level. Like I said I'm not saying he has bijuu level chakra in any way, but he's got a decent amount of it. Also you don't know how long the fight lasted and I'm not just talking about his fight with A.

How does it not? Every MS jutsu requires alot of chakra. This is heavily implied by Kakashi using kamui and ending up in the hospital right away.

I'm not sure if using samehada gives him chakra but if it does than it should only be base form kisame.

samehada feeds of the chakra of its victim and can choose to give it to its owner
