1 - Naruto - for being the good guy who is ready to do anything to surpass himself.

2 - Sasuke - he also did everything to achieve his "dream" (killing Itachi) and for not being the usual "only good" or "only bad" character. And for inspiring Naruto to go on training.

3 a - Itachi because there would be no plot with him, thanks to him we have Sasuke's still waters running deep.

3 b - Tsunade, for supporting and believing in Naruto.
