NOTE: Itachi was left out of this list because genjutsu arguments can be made which is very controversial. The same applies for Yata mirror, nothing has contradicted the manga which said Yata mirror can stop any attack - Itachi's official weakness is his stamina. Some of the claims people make that Itachi can pull off are fairly reasonable, considering he has the highest intelligence combined with some of the best offense/defense in Naruto. Anyway, most of the time when I see people saying Itachi wins in a vs thread, it's usually people mocking Itachi fans.

3. Kimimaro - People claim Kimimaro is capable of taking on Gai and Kakashi. Hell i've seen people claim he can beat Hidan and Hebi Sasuke. In base he was getting slapped around by a drunk Rock Lee, who had just came straight out of the hospital. Kimimaro is strong, I'd definitely say he's mid jonin tier wise. But the people he is claimed to be able to beat are High Jonin+
2. MS Kakashi - This is my favorite character in the series, yet it is clear as day he cannot take on the characters people are claiming he can. I've seen people try to make arguments that he can beat Itachi now. "Kamui snipe gg" ring a bell everyone? xD. Anyway, if Kakashi was clearly able to do what he did, then why did he lose to Deva path? And why wasn't he capable of defeating Edo Madara if he could just Kamui snipe him?
1. Part 2 Neji - People claim he takes Hebi Sasuke and Tsunade. He already got trapped in water prison by a clone of a 33% Kisame clone - while breaking water prison is impressive, it's still a failure he even got caught to begin with. To be fair to part 1 Kakashi, he was worrying about his recently formed squad + Tazuna when taking on Zabuza. Now the next point is that Neji was aware that Deidara's clone was exploding, yet he still couldn't outrun it. Yet the explosion was small enough that Kakashi's novice usage of Kamui was able to stop it. Hebi Sasuke on the other hand was dodging C2 attacks while being shot from above.
Do you agree with this list? Who do you think are the 3 most overrated characters.
