What I don't understand is why didn't Sakura use her 'genius' to save Neji?

Ok, so lets blame sakura for Neji's death, that is so reasonable and fair... (lol)

First, by the time Neji died she wasn't able to release Byakugou, she needed to gather more chakra to do it. Don't pick up on Sakura for something she is no responsible of...
Second, what on earth would have Sakura done to prevent Neji's death if she had released Byakugou on time??
Third, Kishi wanted this way, and your are just a Sakura hater trolling... =D

( the guy Fought Hashirama and Survived from that match he was an experienced Shinobi in the Battlefield because he is From Madara and Hashirama Generation and dying like this when Naruto Trolled him with a clone , even though KaKashi Finish him off )

3 - Hidan ( an Akatsuki Member gettin Trolled by a chunnin now thats Bull )

There isn't a top 3. Almost all of them sucked one way or another,

1. Sasori: Really? Was supposedly stronger then Deidara, yet he decides to let himself die against Chiyo and Sakura to get a HUG from his DEAD parents.

2. Kimimaro: Okay, he was a low s-rank ninja at LEAST. Had enoughs trength to FORCE himself to move. He literally dug himself out of Gaara's sand, which something of Kakashi's level would be hard.

3. Nagato: really? Brought back everyone you killed and made the whole point useless. The Akatsuki leader ended up being a good guy. Yay. :|

4. Neji: he had so much potential, he was already on par with Hiashi, if not stronger. And he dies by a wood spike.

1. Sasori: Hands down, THE most bullshit death of the entire series, da fuq, he literally let sakura and chiyo win, and looking back, he couldve fodderized them low diff if he wanted.

2. Kabuto: not really a death, but i count it as one, idc what people EVER say about this battle, kishi did the worst asspull in the series by far with izanami, a tech which serves for nothing, bar for screwed up people like kabuto, hell, i wouldve rathered the siblings to kill him accidentally than izanami.

3. Deidara: while i think the battle with sasuke was all around legit and one of the few unarguable wins for sasuke (unless youre a hater ofc), the way he just blew up to do nothing deserves a mention as a BS death.

1. neji (he was far more important that fodder like ino or tenten and nothing happened as a result of his death, i.e., he died for nothing)
2. tobirama (if he really did get killed by kingaku and kinkaku then kishi trolled his death fking hard)
3. danzo (his death was cool but i wish we got to see more out of him as a fighter or at least have him do something important, he blew himself up and he didnt kill tobi or even sausage)

nah man shisui's right eye was stolen by danzo apparently before he could get away or something and he gave his other eye to itachi before faking his death and disappearing

I have to say:
1. Kakashi's death against pain, I mean besides the whole him reconciling with his father thing it had no other relevance than upsetting naruto.
2. Itachi- all that build, and he just drops dead? Don't get me wrong it served a further purpose but I just wanted him to die in a more epic way.
3. Kisame- I just plain don't like that fact that he died believing he "wasn't as bad as he thought" after all the twisted s**t he did.

Best:
1. Jiraiya : (Last words) "There, that ending… was a little better. The frog at the bottom of the well drifts off into the great ocean. Heh heh… yep… pretty damn honourable… pretty damn honourable… I guess it's time to put down my pen. Right… I need a title for the next book… let's see… Ah, got it… "The Tale of Naruto Uzumaki"… perfect." That was just a perfect mixture of melancholy/ satisfaction for one of the greats

2. Tobirama: "Saru, you must protect those who have faith in you and who love the village, and train up to those to whom you can entrust the next generation… from tomorrow, you will be the Hokage…!" To willing fully go to your death and then drop a bombshell like that is just unreal
