-Kabuto
-Sakura

Hashirama's superior self regeneration can not make him skilled at every area of medical field. There is nothing suggests he can operate surgeries, make autopsies, work on poisons, curing desieses, having vast knowledge in anatomy etc like oter 3 in the list. Karin can not be counted as superior medic as well.

You know that he isn't even more skilled than them in offensive medical ninjutsu, maybe craftier. Buy Sakura and Tsunade Chakra Enhanced Strength is medical ninjutsu, and is based on the chakra scalpel. Not to mention Tsunade fought like him in her prime and use her medical ninjutsu offensively too.

I can see why you put Tsunade at the number 1 spot but Sakura doesn't deserve to be 3rd.

Kabuto is a better healer, even Tsunade acknowledge he was better than her when she was her age. People seem to forget he was the one preparing potions to keep Orochimaru going while his arms were sealed. He healed a rasengan attack on the spot with a far more advance medical jutsu than sakura never shown.

And please, Sakura doesn't have more knowledge than him, now that's just fanboying. Kabuto was the student of the most knowedgable guy in narutoverse, same guy who practised countless experiments.

Exactly...Properties of beings can not make them medics. Kurama's properties provides life force thus healing, not skill.

As far as biology goes; regeneration capacity decreases as much as a specie gets superior.
Bacterias can get divide and produce in seconds; lizards can grow their tail when it is ripped off but we can not grow an arm when its ripped off; does that mean a lizard is superior to a human in medical field? No it just its propoerty; nothing about skill.

Kabuto was said to be on Tsunades level in part one when it came to Medical Jutsu & Kabuto only went farther , to be able to experiment with death people , rinne tensai , brought back madara in his younger self & more powerful , experimented on himself .......he is clearly greater than Tsunade , just because Tsunade has the yin seal & slug doesn't make it better people .

Kabuto is the best Medical Ninja in Naruto, the rest don't matter .

And I am being unbiased, I put Hashirama above Sakura. Sakura is making her way up to the top, and Shizune is a worthy mention to she is possible on par with Kabuto, Sakura's is only under Hashirama because we haven't seen her creation rebirth like jutsu.
