You can argue konohamaru but after the latest episode of chunin exam he seems very skilled now and developing fast.

So technically naruto and konohamaru are still genin then guess sasuke is as well he left as genin. Can't really move ahead if you not in a village anymore. And yes he is considered s class criminal I know this.

It was still anime so it can still be used for facts. Why would they make an anime episode and not be able to use it as actual facts for discussion.

These are all jounin IMO Neji sai shino. Chunin who are close to top three Kiba chouji Sakura.

Not even close is tenten and ino

Chunin isn't about power jus5 how well you can lead a team but best team leader imo is those well maybe replace sakura with Iruka due to experience. those 3 imo seem to be.able to make more of calm decisions.
