Non Rikudo's, and I'm only taking into account skill, not overall power.

1. Mangetsu Hozuki due to mastering all 7 swords.

2. Mifune for obvious reasons.

3. Killer Bee due to his 7 swords dance.

everyone who compares reaction time and foot speed of rikudo and non-rikudo charachters is complete idiot.

Also I saw in vote 1 battle how much huge difference is between 2 tomoes and 3 tomoes sharingan .So I can imagine how much is difference between guy with MS and guy without any dojutsu, Yet even with MS precognition Sasuke got soloed in kenjutsu fight .

Current sasuke has one.

You can see the difference when he uses his sword.

Excuse, he wasn't a match for Bee with two arms.

He's actually better, but that doesn't change the fact that its a disadvantage because he can't switch hands like MS.

Im pretty sure he's improved but feat wise he still doesn't compete in the technical department, Bee gracefully used more than 5 swords at a time and without breaking a sweat.

SASUKE HAS NOT DISPLAYED BETTER TECHNIQUE.

Also we haven't seen Killer Bee use his kinjutsu feats in forever and now he's old as hell, thus also proving Sasuke is superior. He was already like 30 something there.

Reaction Time (seeing and moving) = Evading Time which obviously is on Kaguya's level or higher (Boruto Movie).

If Sasuke can .. which he can now react to all those swords then automatically and logically Sasuke is superior because Killer Bee can't do the same nor he can keep up with sasuke.

It wouldn't even get to a real kenjutsu clash anymore is what you guys honestly don't understand right now I'm just saying blitzing him with his sword is still considering kenjutsu using -

he wasn´t using Hachibi chakra in kenjutsu fight.

Don´t get me wrong current Sasuke can defeat Killer Bee in kenjutsu fight thanks to his Sharingan and superior speed.

Yet that doesn´t mean his Kenjutsu skills are above Killer Bee´s (they aren´t)

The people saying Sasuke needs to realize how heavily sharingan carries his swordmanship.

People like Mangetsu, Killer Bee, and Mifune are pure kenjutsu experts.

This should have been apparent the moment Sasuke attempted to use raiton to gain an edge on him.

sasuke is still the one wielding the blade in the end. sharingan is just a tool that gives him better vision. and initally sasuke without sharingan disarmed bee with ease when the latter wielded a giant sword in comparisons to sasukes. he countered mifunes quick draw approach, earning some praise from the latter. in the movie you saw his skills when he was dancing his way slicing through several obsacles, also fights kinshiki in kenjutsu. he is definitely an expert

OT. bee, mifune, sasuke for me. bee is the best though, his skills are top notch. 7 sword dance is glorious
