1st OR 2nd

It will be either Suigetsus brother

Or current Sasuke

A handicapped Sasuke was equal in kenjutsu with otsutsuki who had 2 arms

But then again

Suigetsus brother is said to have mastered ALL the swords of the 7 ninja swordsmen

Meaning he will be very good too

But we never really saw him fight and also he was an edo tensei

Killer bee lol

Cause he can wield like 8 swords at the same time and attack like a pro without even dropping one


I didnt include Kisame because he dont usually use Swords purely

He uses waterstyle attacks usually

Also Samehada usually attacks on its own
