honorable mentions: sabo vs fuji (didn't make the list cause it was so short), sanji vs Doflamingo (epic sky battle but too short and one sided), Zoro vs monet (zoro raped her so hard but it could of been better)

hmm, for me it would be:

Luffy vs New Fishman as a whole, the usage of CH, Red Hawk, and the overall first skirmish of his beastly power there.

Law vs Mingo definetly.

That can hardly be called as a fight bro. Kuzan just froze Doffy and then Doffy flees. Thats not a fight....well thats my opinion.

For my top 3 new world... I'd say
1) Smoker VS Vergo (the anime did an amazing job of taking this fight)
2) Smoker VS Law (once again, great take in the anime)
and 3) Luffy and Law VS Mingo. Even though it's in progress, I'm really liking this fight.
