Went from angry, timid and sometimes goofy to completely emotionless and charismatic to bat shit crazy and sadistic to somewhere between the first two.

-Went from arrogant, vindictive and hateful, to wise, honorable and friendly.

-went from comedic, narcissistic and timid, to brave, hands on and tactical.

4) Itachi
-went from a sadistic and vindictive killer and brother to a loving brother and savior

-went from comedic, brash, timid and obnoxious, to calm, tactical, focused and hardworking, though from what I've sen with Naruto, the more things changed the more things stayed the same.

-Went from goofy to nihilistic, traumatized, calm, vindictive, mysterious and ominous, to hateful, angry, timid and stubborn to a team player and savior like he was when he went missing.

- Nagato - Had this mission in mind to exact revenge. Has a change of heart over a poorly written piece of Literature he suddenly stumbled upon and in Naruto's hands, no less.

- Gaara - Had his own personality. Now his days are spent waking vehemently to Naruto.
- Obito - From a calculating master mind, to stroking himself silly over Naruto. How he has sunk in my eyes. I hope he dies a horrible death.

- Neji - Had a great goal in life to break free from his Clan's curse. But soon after, the Naruto masturbatory affect in the air corrupted him. He died with a paradoxical rod inside of him.
- Kakashi - Turned from this mildly irritating dude to a sanctimonious prick with his preachy attitude in regards to politics.

- Shikamaru - He changed from a slightly decent tactician to a sub-par political expert, whose supremely poor analysis now grate with me.

#1. Gaara was never pure evil.If you had read the manga you know that a young Gaara just wanted to be accepted and to have friends.He wasn't an evil child from what was shown in the manga, to the contrary he was just like Naruto.Gaara didn't turn evil at all, he just decided to hate others to cope with his loneliness and while Naruto decide to try and when people over.

#2. Itachi was never an "Murderous Guy".The only people Itachi ever killed was his own Clan by the order of the village.And even that actions was to stop the village from being destroy by a civil war, so Itachi was actually saying life by taking life.If Itachi hadn't killed off his Clan, far more people would have died because of a civil war.Furthermore, Itachi was always a loving brother seeing as everything he did to Sasuke was to protect him and make him strong enough so he could protect himself and Konoha.

#3 This is hands down the dumbest of the three. Neji was always a side character from the very time he was introduced in the manga.So saying Neji change into something he always was only shows your ignorance.

Part 1 Itachi was portrayed as a murderous, cold guy. I'm not saying he was ,but he was portrayed that way and his personality changed because he stopped living a lie

Neji was introduced as a parallel to Sasuke. He was a resentful genius that believed in fate after he got tnj he became a badass shinobi that kept his cool no matter what (kinda like Kakashi). Once shippuden started he was forgotten, no longer strong, accepted his duty to protect Hinata and was no longer remotely relevant to the story
