3-Naruto Uzumaki :

he always keep multiplying his chakra in vain in form of shadowclones to the point Uchiha Madara got sick and tired of it...

Madara says : "...wtf??..you dear kagebunshins again....naruto plz give us something new!! "

even naruto's friends agreed with madara and advised him not to waist his chakra in vain in form of shadow clones..



2-Sasuke Uchiha :

he is IN MY OPINION the worst uchiha chakra user ...as soon as he received amterassu from itachi he stared misuing the powers of his MS....his eye kept bleeding..untill he lost his sight!!!!...thx tobidara who gave him new eyes...otherwise sasuke was destined to be fodder for eternity!!...


3-DANZO :

he is by far the worst sharingan user and top 1 chakra misuser....

-all danzo knows is stealing uchiha powers and using them in teh battlefield...danzo kept relying on izanagi to defeat sasuke...he misued all those sharingan in his arm ..

-have you seen how danzo used izanagi in vain just to dodge asasuke's kunai???..OMG!!!

They don't activate ever again. Literally he should have just used Izanagi to flee the battle. I have no idea why he thought trying to kill Sasuke on his own was a worthwhile endeavor here.

Kishi messed up Naruto's shadow clone use for most the manga.

When Naruto faced single opponents he used shadow clones as he pleased. Naruto greatly improved his shadow clone use in part 2. He made less and they were more useful. Yet, when he fought multiple opponents Kishi would limit his shadow clone use. IE: his battle with Kiba, Pain, and Jins. Naruto should have even the numbers with his shadow clones like he did against Madara's limbo clones, but for unknown reason he didn't. That was really stupid.

That just proves home much Naruto is held back.
