here is a note about Kisame being somewhere between 8-15
One thing people just don't get is, Kisame doesn't have a set power level like these other characters. His power changes through out a battle. The stronger his opponent the stronger Kisame himself become, which was stated by Kisame. His oppoent gets weaker through the battle while he gets stronger. Yet people are still to blind to see his strenghth. He is between8-15, just look at his feats think about it, how can you deny it? He is one of the hardest to kill due to his durability and healing. He has one of the strongest jutsus in the show, Great shark bullet. Name another chakra attack that can beat it.......little to none at all because it absorbs any chakra clashed with it. He has the most chakra in Akatsuki stated by Nagato himself, and a 30% chakra clone was compared to Naruto's chakra level. Kisamehada, the fusion of Kisame and Samehada is stated to have no weaknesses and the feats back it up. Genjutsu? nope, this monster can sense chakra and fight while blinded. Taijutsu? not that either, just touching him will get your chakra absorbed and can have spikes come out his body. While in water the speed of the monster is incredible. non fused clone of Kisame was able to overpower base Guy with med effort. Ninjutsu is basically useless do too ckara absorbtion. Kisame was hit by a v2 mode lariate from Bee that left a huge hole in his torse and how did Kisame respone? He got back up smiling and started to kick Bee's a$$....wtf! Sasuke was hit by a v1mode lariate and he left basicly dead, life flashing before his eye while Kisame wasn't even phased by it. How do one even fight Kisamesamehada? He can tank just about everything, fast, sensing,suiton monster. Now we know why he was called Monster of the Mist.
